There's lots to love about camping on Cape Cod - especially when you're roughing it in a 40' fifth wheel Prairie Schooner ... RENT ONE AT BAY VIEW for a week and see for yourself!

The RV is situated on wooded site #176 with a water view of the bay and is equipped with a deck, outdoor tables & chairs, cable TV, picnic table, outdoor gas grill and fireplace.  Wood for open campfires is provided at no charge.

Comfortably sleeping five, there are two bedrooms (one with queen bed and the other with two single beds) along with a small "hide a bed" sofa in the living room.  "Slide-out" additions in the carpeted master bedroom and living room provide additional living space to enjoy your camping experience.  The master bedroom has a full wall closet and cabinet for clothing storage and alternate bedroom has two wall to ceiling storage and clothing closets. (bedding not provided) A bathroom with sliding doors for privacy, tub, shower, flush toilet, vanity with enamel sink and ceramic tile floor compliment the accommodations. (towels and toiletries not provided). FLOORPLAN.

The kitchen galley is equipped with counter top burners, microwave/convection oven, ceramic tile countertop with double sink, overhead wood storage cabinets and floor to ceiling slide out pantry, full size fridge with freezer, blender, coffee maker and wood flooring.  Basic utensils, pots, dishes and cutlery are provided for your convenience. Combination living and dining area provides a relaxing place to wind down after a full day on the Cape.  Two sofas (one is a pull out for sleeping), dinette table, TV, overhead cabinets with stain glass design, carpeted flooring, ceiling fan, central vac and air conditioning system, and plenty of lighting are just some of the features in this RV.  

Rental fee:  $1,000.00 per week (Saturday to Saturday) for a maximum of five (5) persons (children under 10 not permitted) with two (2) cars. Fee includes the use of Bay View Campgrounds facilities. There are additional charges for extra cars, boat, etc. according to Bay View rates. Guests arriving to visit with you are required to register in the camp office upon arrival and will be charged the Visitor Admission Fee.

A $500.00 security deposit along with the NON-REFUNDABLE base rental fee ($1,000.00 per week) is required in advance to confirm your reservation.  There are NO REFUNDS for shortened or cancelled reservations.  The security deposit will be refunded if the unit is undamaged, there are no missing items and unit is left in clean condition. Damages, missing items or cleaning fees assessed will be deducted from the security deposit.  Your personal check is accepted for payment prior to 6 weeks of your arrival.  If less than 6 weeks,  Mastercard, Visa, Travelers checks, bank check or cash is accepted for payment.

Things to Know!
A maximum of five (5) persons may occupy the site/unit overnight .
Sorry, pets & smoking are not permitted in R.V.
Check-in Time is 2 to 8 pm on Saturday
Register at camp office upon arrival
Check-out time is by 11am on Saturday to ensure sufficient time to prepare the RV for the next occupants arrival

bath & kitchen towels personal toiletries bed linens & blankets (2 doubles & 2 singles) or sleeping bags bathing suits & beach gear bug repellant & citronella candles miscellaneous cooking supplies: wax paper, tin foil, condiments, etc. - paper goods for dining		food and drinks flashlight(s) rain gear & umbrella (hopefully not needed!) s'mores supplies ... marshmallows, chocolate & graham crackers and anything else that you think you'll need or want while on vacation!
Please Note: By signing Bay View Campgrounds, Inc.'s "Registration & Rules Agreement", the lessee understands and agrees that they carry the burden of liability for themselves and their guests while on Bay View Campgrounds, Inc. property and while using and occupying this RV unit.  They further agree that Bay View Campgrounds, Inc., along with their respective heirs and assigns are not responsible for injury, illness or damages to personal property or theft occurring to themselves as Lessee of RV, their  family  members, members of their party or their guests during their stay at Bay View Campgrounds and while occupying this RV.
